Rumi’s Moghlai Parantha


Flour, baking powder, salt, ghee (clarified butter), olive oil, milk, egg, onion, garlic, dhania leaves (coriander), green chilli

How to make

1st: Take all purpose flour add salt,ghee or olive oil,baking powder and milk, make a dough….rest it for an hour

2nd: Take an egg, add finely chopped onion, garlic, dhania patta, greenchilli, salt and beat it properly….keep aside

3rd: Cut the dough into equal sizes…take a piece…roll it…in the centre, put the mixture of egg (from above step) and fold the roll from four a square shape….

4th: Put the parantha on a pan …first dry roast it then add ghee and fry it…eat it with onion lemon salad…
