Sanjib’s Patna-wala Paneer

Ingredients

To serve 3

Paneer (drained solid cheese cubes) : 250gm, Oil to fry, Mid-sized onions (6-7), Green chillies (4-5), Haldi (turmeric), Tomato sauce, Soya sauce, Salt

How to make

Take 250 gm paneer
Cut them into small square sizes
Fry them in a non stick pan with 5 to 6 spoons oil until they turn light brown
In the meantime be ready with 6 to 7 mid sized onions, cut into slices
Also cut 4 to 5 green chillies into pieces
With oil in pan, fry onion and chilli till half boiled stage
Add some salt and haldi as per taste
Add tomato and soya sauce to taste
Stir for 3 to 4 minutes
Finally add fried paneer and stir for 4 to 5 mins more
